Just as good if not better then anything John Grisham has written. Thank you. Thank you! Mr. Bailey, I just finished reading the 1st book in this series. I want you to know I have never read a book cover to cover in less than a month. This book however I couldn’t put it down, I read it in in about 10 hours maybe less . Thanks for writing so well I felt like I could see , feel and taste every word. Rita Maltbie Thank you, Rita. I appreciate the note and I’m so glad you enjoyed the story. Ok, our book club has read all 4. They are great! We need discussion questions. Or, possibly a conversation, like we had with Joshilyn Jackson, via phone. Love your work. Decatur, Alabama❤️ My husband ordered the series for summer reading. The four books arrived last week; he has read all four, and I have read three. i agree with the reviews I have read here. They are suspenseful quick reads. Having grown up in Huntsville with family ties in Hazel Green and having lived in Giles County during the Klan visits, we have both enjoyed the references to familiar place. I plan to start the fourth book today. Thank you, Charlotte! I’m so glad you and your husband have enjoyed the stories. I apologize for the delay in my response. I hope you enjoyed the fourth book. My fifth book is due out in April 2020. Thanks again! I think I found my next best author! Can’t wait to read all of yours!!! I have been doing research and articles on the injustices of the south and Jim Crow era. I have launched my own website for some historical articles. I’m 78 years old and wish I could write as great as you! But–there is still time and hope for me. Love your work. Thank you! So glad you have enjoyed the stories.
